REGARDING CORONAVIRUS
AIR EXTREME ANNOUNCEMENT

Air Extreme is reviewing the COVID-19 situation regularly and taking measures within our Park on advice issued by Government Guidelines. The below measures have been put in place. We will continue to stay open and monitor the situation closely and will update you with any changes.

Unlike most sports or social activities, Air Extreme implements a no-contact rule on our equipment. Our court marshals will make sure there is only one person per trampoline at one time. We have also reduced our customer capacity by 45%.
​
Your safety and enjoyment of our park are our priority and we want to reassure you that following the advice from Public Health England we are taking precautions to minimise the spread of COVID-19.

Air Extreme's customer capacity has been reduced by 45%, significantly lowering the number of bouncers at one time on the trampolines.

We have Installed fixed wall hand Sanitisers located on entry to Air Extreme and an additional unit located on the 1st floor in the Hangout Cafe.

All customers are requested to wash or sanitise their hands on arrival.

Additional hourly cleaning in busy areas.

Staff fully briefed and trained on the best hygiene practices

A self-cleaning (Diversey D10) station has been provided in the Hangout cafe

Sanitise or wash your hands on entry to Air Extreme

Book online where possible to minimise cash handling at reception.

Pay by contactless when you are in the park

Wash your hands regularly for a minimum of 20 seconds
