    The cost is £30.00 per year for the first member then an additonal £15.00 per member. Maximum 4 members.

  • WHAT DO I DO AFTER I HAVE PURCHASED MY MEMBERSHIP ONLINE?
    After your purchase you will recieve a confirmation email. Head on over to Air Extreme preferably Monday to Friday as we get very busy at the weekend, the reception crew will then issue you with your shiny new membership card! We will need to take a quick snap of the named user so make sure you bring them along. The photo will ONLY be used for future booking verification purposes.
  • CAN I BOOK A JUMP SESSION AS SOON AS IVE PURCHSED MY MEMBERSHIP?
    Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with a ticket attached. Open the attachment and you will find a BOOKING CODE (Under the QR code) use this code to receive your discount when booking your jump session. DONT FORGET TO CHECK YOUR SPAM IF YOU DONT SEE YOUR EMAIL
  • HOW DO I ENTER MY MEMBERS CODE TO RECIEVE MY DISCOUNT WHEN BOOKING MY JUMP SESSIONS?
    STEP 1 - On the payment page click the Discount Code/Member Number STEP 2 - Type your members number that is found on your membership card then click APPLY. Your discount will be automatically added to your basket
  • CAN I SHARE MY MEMBERS DISCOUNT?
    Afraid not, our membership programme is exclusively for the named users when purchasing the membership.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOOSE MY MEMBERSHIP CARD?
    Contact us straight away bookings@air-extreme.co.uk or call 01271349806 We will ask you some security questions and then we will deactivate your card. Pop into Air Extreme where we will issue you a new card, there will be a £5.00 charge for your replacement card.
  • HOW DO I RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP?
    Your membership runs for 12 months from the date of purchase. You will be able to jump online and renew your membership at www.air-extreme.co.uk Your membership will NOT auto renew.
  • HOW DO I GET MY DISCOUNT IN THE HANGOUT CAFE
    Just present your card at the counter and let us do the rest.
